How do I deposit money into my account?

To make a deposit, navigate to the Accounts page in the Investor Portal and select the account you'd like to contribute to. Click on the "Add Money" icon, choose your preferred payment method, and follow the instructions to transfer funds to the details displayed on the screen.

Please ensure that you input the reference provided for your payment to ensure it is allocated correctly to your account. Incorrect references may cause delays in processing.

It generally takes 1-2 business days for your financial institution to process the payment.

Please note that we do not offer a direct debit option.

For regular deposits, please note these will need to be set up directly with your bank or via your online banking. We do not currently offer the option to take these directly from your bank account.
